- 3. Type of Service:

Pick-up Buffet: A complete catered meal, packaged hot and ready for convenient pick-up at our restaurant in
Walker.
- Delivery and Set-up Buffet: Complete meal delivered to your location in disposable containers. We will arrive prior to your designated time and set up the buffet table and
depart.
- Full Service Buffet: We will arrive approximately two hours prior to serving time to set up the barbeque and buffet areas. In addition to the food, we will provide everything
necessary to set up the barbeque and buffet area, including napkins, utensils and plates. You will be responsible for your guests seating and receptacles for trash. We will serve for one hour, if you need more time there will be an additional charge.

Following Texas tradition, all barbeque comes with bread, butter,
pickles and onions. Beverages & dessert can be added for an additional charge.
A deposit of 50% is required upon booking your date. Deposit is non-refundable if you do not cancel 48 hours prior to event.
